6 chords are more naturally notated as inversions of the m7 a minor third below (Ym7/x), but you will often see 6 chords since they are faster to write and easier read.

The last two columns are common alterations in pop music. Sus(pension) chords move the third up or down by one scale step (it is a little different in classical theory). You will sometimes see X as just X or X4, and X as just X2. X4 and X2 are ambiguous when used this way, and should be avoided (they properly refer to a 4 or 2 added to a regular triad; real X2s are shown in the first column), but you should know, when you see it, that it might be . Some of the folks who refer to X as X2 will often give the name X9 to what I am calling X2 (2s and 9s represent the same scale note). Although I do not prefer this notation, it does serve to remove ambiguity.

The final row (half-diminished 7th chords) are movable forms, like the doubly-diminished and augmented chords on the previous page, except that they have true root strings (in red) so they have to be moved to a place where that note is located where it is the root of the chord.
